Your environment
Where possible, tools run inside your own cloud account or office suite environment. When external AI services are required, we use enterprise services with appropriate data-protection controls.
Your data does not train shared models
We configure AI services so that your prompts and documents are not used to train shared or public models.
Least-privilege access
We request only the access a project needs, use SSO and multi-factor authentication, and remove access when the work ends.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is covered by a non-disclosure agreement and a written data processing scope before we see any data.

Common questions.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No. Most companies have data spread across several systems with gaps and duplicates. The assessment shows what is usable today and what needs fixing, and many tools can start with the data you already have.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model per task based on accuracy, cost and your data rules. That can be a leading commercial AI model accessed through an enterprise service, or an open-source model running in your own cloud.
How soon will we see something working?
Usually within the first three to four weeks of a pilot. A typical pilot finishes in four to eight weeks.
Who owns what you build?
You own the project-specific code, configuration, prompts, custom models and documentation we create for you, subject to third-party and open-source licenses. Everything is handed over at the end of the project. The exact terms are set in the project agreement.
What if the pilot does not hit the target?
We agree on success criteria before the pilot starts. At the end you decide whether to move to production, adjust the approach or stop. No long-term commitment is required.

Yes. Synvitas is a US company and we work remotely with clients in North America and internationally.
